One Hot, Sunny Morning

“Wow, this water is freezing!” I exclaimed as I jumped into the ocean.
It was one hot, sunny morning last month. My mom took my little ten year old brother, Anthony, and me to Carmel beach. I had hurried to jump into the water, but the water was freezing so I came back to shore where my mom and brother were sitting on two blankets and a beach towel. I had asked my little brother if he wanted to play tag. He said yes, and we played for about 30 minutes until we got tired and felt a little hungry.
So we had gone to get some chips that our mom had packed for us for when we got hungry. I had asked my mom where she had put our chips, she said look in my beach bag. When I had grabbed the bag of chips, I had noticed that it was open already. I opened the bag, and there was sand in my nacho cheese Doritos! I got filled with anger and my fist balled up then I asked my brother, if he had did this to my chips and he start laughing, but I didn’t think it was funny. So I knew that it was Anthony that had done something to my bag of chips.
It was getting kind of hot so after awhile me and my brother had went to go get back in the water, I was still mad at my brother .So I snuck up behind my little brother and threw him in the water, and he started to cry because his whole body was freezing. My mom had seen me do the whole thing, so she said we had to leave. When we were on our way home, my mom was mad at me, and kept on saying, “Why did you make your little brother cry.”
When we got home I decided when I find myself in a situation like this next time I’ll do it behind my moms back so I won’t get in trouble and suffer the consequences.
